- Being insured under Section 33, 39, 40 and having Thai nationality

- Work in the entertainment business, clubs, pubs, bars, karaoke

- The licensee must be certified by the Music Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King. or the entertainment network confederation registered with Ministry of Interior or Department of Business Development

Methods for applying for Section 40 Social Security are as follows:

- Go to the website www.sso.go.th

- Choose to register an insured under section 40

- Fill in the applicant information Social Security Section 40

- Then press check

- Enter current address Contact phone number

- Fill out the career group. monthly income

- Choose to pay contributions Choose a Social Security office near your home.

- Answer the question whether it is a member of the Pension Fund or not

- Click accept the terms/agreement and press confirm.

- If passed all steps The system will confirm via SMS. It is considered successful registration.

However, the Social Security Office will process the transfer via PromptPay account. that is linked to the 13-digit ID card number. Please wait for the inspection. because the information is not complete and when the document is complete The money will be transferred in the next week. Every week until 31 Mar 2022
